Cancellations made at least 7 days before your check-in date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, a 50% refund applies. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Treat the cottage and its amenities with care. Report any damages immediately to avoid additional charges and ensure a pleasant stay for future guests.
Adhere to all posted house rules, including noise restrictions, guest limits, and check-in/check-out times, to maintain a respectful environment for all.
Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the cottage. Do not share access codes or keys with non-registered guests for everyone’s safety.
We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and ensure your stay. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except as required by law. You may request access or deletion of your data at any time.
Our platform acts solely as an intermediary for cottage bookings in Manila. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during your stay.
